The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Privacy policy
Chorgemeinschaft Heldenbergen e.V. takes the protection of personal data of its members and its partners seriously; it has taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the legal regulations on data protection are observed and complied with both by itself and by external service providers. Compliance with this obligation is regularly monitored by the association. The collection, processing, use and forwarding of data takes place with the consent of the data owner on the one hand, and solely for the purpose of fulfilling the association's obligations on the other. Data is only passed on to third parties for compelling reasons and in the interests of the association. The affected member of the association has the opportunity at any time to obtain information about the use and whereabouts of his/her protected data; he/she is entitled to documentation of compliance with data protection regulations in relation to him/her. They have the right to withdraw their consent at any time and to request the deletion of their data, Art. 17 GDPR.
Partners of the association and third parties are protected in the same way by compliance with the data protection regulations by those responsible for the association. No data of third parties or partners of the association will be sold or passed on free of charge unless the relevant consent has been given.
When using external service providers to whom personal data must be made available, it is ensured by concluding a corresponding contract that the data protection provisions are also complied with in the same way by the company commissioned.
In the event of revocation or notification of incorrectly collected data, this data will be deleted immediately, Art. 21, 18 GDPR. Express reference is made to the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR in conjunction with Section 19 BDSG).
